MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. (WSVN) – A car fire in Miami Gardens resulted in a loss of life and severe injuries to another person.
At approximately 2:57 a.m. Thursday, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) rushed to the scene at 200 NW 215th St. where they battled a fully engulfed car blaze, which subsequently claimed one life.
According to MDFR reports, a single vehicle was involved in the inferno, with one individual found deceased within. Another victim was transported via air rescue to Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH) with severe burn injuries.
This incident led to the closure of State Road 441 in both directions, causing significant traffic disruptions in the area.
