1 dead after single vehicle crash southwest of London | CBC News

One person is dead after a single-vehicle collision southwest of London on Wednesday morning.

The lone occupant of the vehicle was sent to hospital but later died of his injuries

One person is dead after a single-vehicle collision southwest of London, Ont. on Wednesday morning.

Emergency crews were called to a crash on Woodhull Road just north of Littlewood Drive in the municipality of Middlesex Centre at 11:19 a.m.

The 73-year-old individual from London, who was alone in the vehicle, was taken to a local hospital by EMS where he was later pronounced deceased.

Their identity will not be released out of respect for the family, provincial police said. 

The investigation is ongoing and the OPP is asking anyone with information that may be helpful to call them at 1-888-310-1122.
