SJVN
The union government proposed to offload up to 4.9% stake in SJVN Ltd through an offer for sale (OFS), which opens on September 21.

Zydus
Zydus Lifesciences has received final approval from USFDA for Clindamycin Phosphate Gel USP, 1%.

Cipla
Cipla’s subsidiary InvaGen’s manufacturing plant has received five inspectional observations in Form 483 from USFDA.

ABB India
Electrification and automation major ABB said it will roll out an electric powertrain system for ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel’s new steel mill in HaziraNucleus Software
Anurag Mantri, Executive Director and CFO is also designated as Chief Operating Officer of the company with effect from September 21.

Infosys
Infosys and NVIDIA announced that they have expanded their strategic collaboration with the aim to help enterprises worldwide, drive productivity gains with generative AI applications and solutions.

Apollo Tyres
Bias and OTR tyres production at the company’s manufacturing facility in Limda, Gujarat has been stopped due to certain concerns amongst shop floor employees relating to renewal of long-term settlement agreement.

Exide Industries
Exide Industries has invested Rs 125 crore in the company’s unit Exide Energy Solutions.
