Already-qualified and group winners, Bayern Munich were held to a goalless draw at home by second-placed Copenhagen, which put the Danish team’s fate in their own hands going into their final group match against Galatasaray.

PSV Eindhoven came from behind to secure qualification with a 3-2 win at nine-man Sevilla but it was the hosts who stole the headlines, as Sergio Ramos’s 98th minute header proved to be the competition’s 10,000th goal in its history.
Group C
Already-qualified Real Madrid won Group C with a 4-2 win at home to second-placed Napoli courtsey of late goals from Nico Paz and Joselu, after Rodrygo and Jude Bellingham had put the hosts ahead at half-time from behind prior to Andre-Zambo Frank Anguissa’s equaliser for the visitors.
Braga kept alive their hopes of finishing second after Alvaro Djalo cancelled out Robin Gosens’ goal in a 1-1 draw against Union Belin, after the hosts’ Sikou Niakate had been red carded in the 31st minute.

Second half goals from Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and Karim Adeyemi saw Borussia Dortmund secure their knockout spot with a 3-1 win at AC Milan, after Marco Reus’ tenth-minute penalty was cancelled out by Samuel Chukwueze.
Kylian Mbappe’s controversial injury-time penalty to cancel out Alexander Isak’s 24th minute strike saw PSG fight back to snatch a 1-1 draw at home to Newcastle, which put the French club’s fate in their own hands on the final matchday.
Group G
Julian Alvarez struck a 87th minute winner as Manchester City fought back from 2-0 down to top Group G with a 3-2 win over RB Leipzig, having cancelled out Reilly Openda’s first-half brace through second half goals from Erling Haaland and Phil Foden.
Kosta Nedeljkovic’s eighth-minute own goal and Lewin Blum’s 29th minute goal saw Young Boys beat Red Star Belgrade to secure third in the group and a place in Europa League knockouts.
Group H
Joao Felix’s 57th minute winner saw Barcelona come from behind to beat Porto 2-1 at the Nou Camp to secure qualification, after Joao Cancelo cancelled out Pepe’s rebound opener.
Mykola Matviyenko netted a 12th minute winner as Shakhtar Donetsk edged past Royal Antwerp to keep their knockout ambitions alive, heading into a dramatic winners-take-all final matchday showdown against Porto for the second qualification spot in the group.
