2024 Alfa Romeo Giulia And Stelvio Quadrifoglio Gain Carbon Editions In America

Alfa Romeo recently brought the facelifted Giulia and Stelvio lineups to North America, but kept a surprise for American buyers – the Carbon Editions. These are limited to a total of 130 units and come with various carbon fiber accents and special interior touches.

The Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio Carbon Edition are visually distinguished by carbon fiber finish on the grille, mirror caps, and side sills, combined with black badging and gold-colored brake calipers. These features make them look similar to the even more exclusive 100th Anniversary editions (100 units globally) providing owners with something to brag about over the standard Quadrifoglio models.

The Giulia rides on 19-inch wheels and can be equipped with an optional carbon-fiber roof, while the Stelvio sits on larger 21-inch wheels. The special editions are available in three colors – Vulcano Black, Alfa Red, or Rosso Etna.

Inside, the standout feature is the red leather upholstery adorning the sports seats, a departure from the usual black. Additionally, there’s an abundance of carbon fiber trim that complements the exterior accents, along with a Harman Kardon audio system and a comprehensive ADAS Suite.

There are no mechanical changes, meaning that Alfa Romeo‘s turbocharged 2.9-liter six-cylinder engine still makes 505 hp (377 kW / 512 PS) and 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque on the US-spec Quadrifoglios. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels in the Giulia or to all four wheels in the Stelvio, exclusively via an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Both models come standard with the adaptive suspension and Alfa’s DNA driving mode selector.

The 2024 Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio Carbon Editions are exclusive to North America, but it wouldn’t be surprising if the Italian brand introduced similarly special trims for other markets. Pricing begins at $84,875 for the Giulia and $92,275 for the Stelvio, excluding a destination fee of $1,595. Compared to the standard Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio models, the Carbon Editions are $4,000 and $5,500 more expensive, respectively. The first deliveries are anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2023.
