2024 Maserati MC20 Notte Edition: Its first limited edition – The Torque Report

Three years after its arrival in Maserati showrooms, the MC20 mid-engine sports car gets its first limited edition. The 2024 Maserati MC20 Notte Edition is limited to 50 cars worldwide. Its design comes courtesy of Maserati Fuoriserie team, the company’s in-house customization department. Former GT1 world champion Andrea Bertolini was consulted to aid in its design.
“It is the first Fuoriserie limited edition of MC20 and it is dedicated to super sportscar collectors and track enthusiasts”, said Klaus Busse, Head of Maserati design. “MC20 Notte celebrates the thrill of racing and the allure of the night combining supreme performance and Italian elegance with a touch of mystery of the nocturnal world.”
For its first limited edition, Maserati aims for what sells: a murdered-out motor car. Matte black paint is augmented by 20” matte black birdcage wheels, which are accented in matte white gold with black paint calipers.
Inside, you’ll find Alcantara black and grey 6-way power sport seats with yellow stitching. The Maserati Trident is stitched onto the headrests, while an Alcantara sport steering wheel features carbon fiber inserts. And a metal plate notes which of the 50 vehicles you have.
But this is basically a trim package, as the mid-engine/rear-wheel-drive powertrain remains uncaged. It consists of Maserati’s 3.0-liter twin-turbo Nettuno V-6 engine and 8-speed twin-clutch automatic transmission that delivers 621 horsepower and 538 pound-feet of torque.
To celebrate the launch of the 2024 Maserati MC20 Notte Edition, brand ambassador and MC20 enthusiast David Beckham along with Andrea Bertolini, star in a short film featuring the car.
Maserati says the model is now available, but they haven’t released any price details.
Still, unless you’re in love with the 2024 Maserati MC20 Notte Edition, why not just customize your own Maserati MC20? That way you’ll have 1-of-1 instead of 1-of-50.
