2024 Toyota Prius stays stunning, brings slight price bump – The Torque Report

All-new for 2023, the 2024 Toyota Prius will enter its second model year with a single change: its price. While equipment levels will remain the same, all models of the 2024 Toyota Prius will see a reasonable $200 price increase across the board.

All prices exclude $1,095 dealer processing and handling fee.

All 2024 Toyota Prius models will feature Toyota Saftey Sense generation 3.0, Wi-Fi hotspot capability through AT&T, and six USB-C ports.

Buyers opting for the XLE trim will receive 19-inch alloy wheels, 8-way power-adjustable heated front driver’s seat, SofTex-trimmed seating, rain-sensing wipers, smart key, wireless phone charging, and front and rear park assist. XLE buyers can also upgrade to a 12.3-inch high-resolution touchscreen infotainment display and a fixed glass roof.

Electing for the range-topping Limited trim will net buyers a premium JBL audio system, heated and ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, power rear lift back, digital key, and the 12.3-inch infotainment display as standard. Options for the Limited trim will include a digital rearview mirror, heated rear seats, Panoramic View Monitor, and Advanced Park, able to both parallel and perpendicular park the vehicle.

Powertrain and efficiency numbers will also remain the same. Both FWD and AWD versions of the 2024 Toyota Prius will be powered by Toyota’s fifth-generation Hybrid System featuring a 2.0L engine. FWD models will produce 194 hp and achieve a 57 MPG combined rating, while AWD versions will generate 196 hp and achieve a 54 MPG combined rating.

Color options for the 2024 Toyota Prius also carry over from 2023, where buyers will be able to choose between Wind Chill Pearl (white), Cutting Edge (silver), Guardian Gray (dark grey), Midnight Black Metallic (black), Supersonic Red (red) or Reservoir Blue (dark blue), with Wind Chill Pearl, and Supersonic Red available for a $495 extra cost. Interior color options remain grey or black for all trims.

The 2024 Toyota Prius is expected to reach showrooms in November.
