CHICAGO — A woman was critically injured after being attacked on Michigan Avenue Monday afternoon.
According to the Chicago Police Department, a woman was attacked on the 600 block of North Michigan Avenue in the Magnificent Mile neighborhood just after 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
A man reportedly threw an object at the woman’s head. She was transported to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition.
The man was arrested at the scene and charges are expected to be filed.
