A 20-year-old is dead after a workplace incident in Zorra Township on Thursday morning, provincial police said.

A news release from the Oxford County OPP says police were called to the scene of the incident at 9:55 a.m. at an address on 15th Line.

There they found a 20-year-old Norwich resident who had suffered serious injuries from a fall.

Police said the individual who fell was airlifted to hospital, but was pronounced dead later on.

The Ministry of Labour is investigating the incident, police said.
