Major police activity in Oakland

(KRON) – There is a heavy police presence in Oakland along the Embarcadero Friday morning. The Oakland Police Department has expanded a crime scene.

Video from the scene showed a white pickup truck with a shattered window and apparent bullet holes.

There is no word on a suspect or threat. 

There has not been confirmation of any arrest.
