The Bundesliga football club, RB Leipzig have announced the German sports manufacturer, Puma, as their official kit sponsor starting from the 2024/25 season onwards. This partnership marks Puma slated to become the club’s executive partner in a long-term agreement.
Effective from July 1, 2024, from men’s and women’s teams to youth divisions and eSports squads, Puma will supply a diverse array of playing kits, matchday attire, and training gear. Additionally, the agreement extends to include the football school, ensuring brand presence across all levels of the club.
Beyond the realm of apparel, Puma stands to reap extensive benefits, leveraging its partnership to bolster sponsorship initiatives, merchandising endeavours, and matchday advertising opportunities. The iconic Red Bull Arena, home to RB Leipzig, will serve as a prominent platform for Puma’s branding efforts, amplifying its visibility and engagement within the football community. Furthermore, the RB Leipzig Football Academy will serve as a nexus for Puma’s promotional activities, fostering brand recognition among aspiring athletes and enthusiasts alike.

The entity’s notable partnerships include Delhi Capitals (DC), LALIGA, CONMEBOL and Formula 1. Among the roster of celebrated athletes are Mohammad Shami, Virat Kohli, Sunil Chhetri, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, and Harmanpreet Kaur.
On the other end, RBL have currently acquired the fifth spot on the points table with 40 points. After playing 23 fixtures, the unit won 12, lost seven and drew four fixtures. The unit will next play against VFL Bochum on Saturday, March 2 at 8 PM IST.
