Mob of kangaroos can be seen hopping along the course without a care in the world
In a weird occurrence in St John’s course at the Heritage Golf and Country Club in Victoria, Australia, a mob of kangaroos suddenly entered a gold course interrupting the play, CNN reported.
In a video of the incident, posted on X by Golfer Stephen Roche, the mob of kangaroos can be seen hopping along the course without a care in the world.
Roche explained in his post that the kangaroos were traversing the fourth hole. While Kangaroo sightings at the club were nothing new, the sheer number of them was very much a first, he added.
While Roche and his playing partner stood by to let the stream of “roos hop on by, he begged the Kangaroos to not stand on my golf ball”.
When asked whether there was damage to the greens Roche remarked, “surprisingly no”.
The kangaroos’ appearance gathered some fun and humorous reactions on social media.
One user wrote, “Must be members. Not a rake touched,” while another compared it to a scene from Jurassic Park or Jumanji, while another had more simple concerns.
