The governing body for male and female amateur golf in England, England Golf has developed a sponsorship extension with an American brand of golf equipment, Titleist.
Following this deal, the market-leading ball brand will continue to remain the organisation’s official partner until 2026.
The agreement includes improved terms that will allow Titleist to continue building relationships with committed players of all kinds and provide immediate assistance to the country’s future generation of premier golfers.
Over the next three years, Titleist will furnish the men’s, women’s, and junior championship squad for England Golf. Additionally, Titleist will be present at a few competitions to offer on-site activations and assistance to the amateur players in the nation.
The ball producer will also supply range balls to The National Golf Centre at Woodhall Spa in addition to balls for England Golf’s national teams playing in competitions across Europe.
Along with offering exciting benefits to England Golf members, Titleist will also be hosting many events with a prize theme during the term in an effort to deepen their relationship with recreational players around England.
Members will also receive special news and information about prospects and new Titleist products through the England Golf channels.
Jeremy Tomlinson, England Golf CEO, said, “We are delighted to have agreed an extension to our partnership with Titleist as we look to build on the foundations laid in the first three years of our agreement.
“We are grateful to Titleist for their unwavering commitment and dedication to support all levels of the game and we are confident that our partnership will only go from strength to strength in the years to come. This partnership represents just one strand of our multi-faceted commercial platform and with Titleist’s support, we can continue to deliver value to our golfers, counties and clubs as well as support the country’s next generation of elite players.”
Michael Creighton, Titleist Brand Director, said, “We are incredibly proud to once again partner with England Golf to support players of all levels and help grow the amateur game. It’s a privilege to have the ability to connect with England Golf members as we aim to inspire dedicated golfers across the country and help them shoot their best scores.”
