GREENFIELD, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Alex Sims, 34, of Corinth, on Monday. Sims was charged with two counts of third-degree rape.
Police report that Sims allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with another person without the person’s consent. The police say they determined this in an investigation following a report of sexual assaults that allegedly occurred in February and March in Greenfield.
Sims was arraigned in the Malta Town Court. He was then placed in the custody of the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail with further action pending in the matter.
