Castlemilk Road, in the Croftfoot area, will be closed between Menock Road and Midcroft Avenue to allow the patching to take place.
The work is due to start on Wednesday, October 25 and be completed by Friday, October 27.
The road will be closed from 9am to 4pm each day.
A signed diversion will be in place via Croftend Avenue and Lugar Place.
