A 77-year-old northwestern Ontario man who has not been heard from since he was dropped off in Winnipeg early last Friday has been reported missing, RCMP say.

A 77-year-old northwestern Ontario man who has not been heard from since he was dropped off in Winnipeg early last Friday has been reported missing, RCMP say.
Oakbank RCMP received a missing report for Clifford Whitefish at 8 a.m. last Friday, according to a Tuesday news release.
RCMP say Whitefish is originally from Lac la Croix First Nation in northwestern Ontario. He was last seen at around 1 a.m. on Friday as he got in a taxi headed to Winnipeg from Deacon’s Corner, which is on the Trans-Canada Highway just east of the city.
The 77-year-old has not been heard from since he was dropped off on Nairn Avenue in Winnipeg, according to RCMP.
Whitefish is described as five feet, six inches tall with brown eyes and grey hair. Mounties say he has mobility issues and was last seen wearing a blue jacket and jeans.
