Things get fancier with the QX55 Essential, which starts at $56,145, $700 more than it did in 2023. It adds cube-design LED headlights, an around-view monitor with moving object detection, navigation, a heated steering wheel, and a Bose Performance Series 16-speaker sound system.

Topping out the range is the QX55 Sensory. It starts at $59,695, which is also $700 more than in 2023, and it comes with black, open pore Natural Maple Wood interior trim, a heads-up display, three-zone automatic climate control, heated rear seats, and enhanced interior ambient lighting.
Under the hood, power once again comes from a 2.0-liter engine that makes 268 hp (200 kW/272 PS) and 280 lb-ft (380 Nm) of torque. It is paired to an Xtronic CVT transmission that offers simulated gears that can be selected with the paddle shifters.
The little engine helps the QX55 deliver fuel economy ratings of 22 MPG in the city, 28 MPG on the highway, and 25 MPG combined (10.6/8.4/9.4 L/100 km). Infiniti’s AWD system adjusts torque to improve efficiency, and can deliver up to 50 percent of the engine’s torque directly to the rear wheels when the traction is required.
To keep occupants safe, the QX55 has a number of active safety systems. They include standard ProPILOT Assist, which keeps the driver centered in their lane, and takes care of accelerating and braking. In addition, it comes with forward emergency braking, forward collision warning, blind spot monitoring, and more.
The QX55 is currently on sale at Infiniti dealership across the country.
