The festive season is here, and one thing that most of us await during this time is the exchange of gifts. Offices offer gift boxes to their employees, and many of them receive bonuses. One company in Panchkula, Haryana, decided to take things to the next level this year. The owner of a pharmaceutical company MitsKart in Panchkula chose to gift 12 Tata Punch cars to his employees. The video of the owner gifting his employees brand new cars has already surfaced online.

The video, seen here, was posted by PTC News on their Facebook page. According to the report, the owner of a Pharma company by the name Mitskart recently gifted his employees brand new cars. The owner, M. K. Bhatiya, told the media that he doesn’t consider his staff as mere employees; they are, in fact, stars or celebrities. Mr. Bhatia was impressed with the dedication and hard work of his staff and decided to give them a special gift this festive season.

He chose 12 employees from his organization, including a person who joined as an office boy almost three years ago. These 12 employees have been loyal to the company and have worked hard for its growth. Mitskart was started by Mr. Bhatia recently, and some of these employees have been with him since the beginning. In the video, the news reporter even speaks to some of the employees who were receiving this gift.

All of them were extremely happy, as it is not every day that you receive a car as a gift, especially from your own organization. While some are extremely happy with the gift, there are others who are still learning how to drive a car. Buying a car is still a dream for many in India due to various reasons and financial situations that deter them from making such a decision. The owner of the pharmaceutical company helped his employees turn their dreams into reality by gifting them a car. The owner can be heard saying that he wanted to show his staff that they can achieve their dreams by working hard and showing loyalty.

The owner gifted 12 Tata Punch cars to his employees. The exact details of the variant are not available. Tata Punch is actually the entry-level micro SUV from Tata, which was launched in 2021 and has since gained buyers’ attention. Just like other Tata cars, Punch is also a sturdy SUV, having scored a 5-star rating at the Global NCAP crash test. The SUV is available with a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated, 3-cylinder petrol engine that generates 86 Bhp and 115 Nm of peak torque.

Tata is offering this SUV with 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox options, and a CNG option is also available. The price for a brand new Tata Punch starts at Rs 6 lakh, ex-showroom, and goes up to Rs 10.10 lakh, ex-showroom. This is not the first time we have come across news like this; earlier this year, a tea-selling startup in India gifted Hyundai Grand i10 Nios to its employees. Similarly, an IT firm gifted 100 Maruti cars to its loyal employees last year.
