Sweet revenge for Efe Ajagba as he stops Goodall to retain title

Nigerian boxer Efe Ajagba has retained his WBC Silver Heavyweight title following a win over Australia’s Joe Goodall in their first meeting for nine years.
Ajagba met Goodall at the 2014 Commonwealth Games as an amateur in Glasgow, and the Australian stopped him in that meeting. Their rematch was fixed for nine years later, and Ajagba proved his mettle.
The Delta-born pugilist stopped Goodall in the fourth of their ten-round bout, as referee Tony Weeks ended the bout 50 seconds into the fourth round because the Australian had received too many jnanswered punches and seemed disillusioned.
Ajagba extended his impressive professional record to 19 wins and a defeat from 20 bouts, with 14 of his wins coming via knockout.
