Joe Burrow decided to go with a throwback for his pre-game attire Sunday morning.
The Bengals quarterback arrived at Paycor Stadium ahead of the team’s Week 10 matchup against the Houston Texans wearing a No. 16 Jim Burrow Montreal Alouettes jersey.

From 1977-80, Jim Burrow played cornerback for the Alouettes. He also spent time with the Calgary Stampeders and the Ottawa Roughriders.
During his time in the CFL, Burrow won a Grey Cup title with Montreal and was a two-time CFL All-Star with the Alouettes in 1978 and 1979.
Jim Burrow’s Alouettes pulled off an unlikely upset over the Toronto Argonauts to reach the Grey Cup for the first time since 2010. The defence played a big part in the victory after forcing nine turnovers including four interceptions and a fumble by quarterback Chad Kelly.
He was also selected in the eighth round of the 1976 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers but only appeared in three games.
