Barcelona Need To Tweak Things Against Alaves –Xavi

Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez says his squad would need to tweak things and come up with some variation in their Laliga clash with Alaves on Sunday, November 12 at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys.
The Catalans lost 1-0 to Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday, November 7 in Hamburg.
Xavi reckons that the team would have to bounce back from the loss in their next match.
Speaking in the press conference, Xavi said that Barcelona have to restore order.
“It’s time to tweak things and come up with some variation,” fcbarcelona.com quoted Xavi as saying.
“We must restore order. We played a bad game in Hamburg but the attitude has never been lacking. There’s a very healthy group, we’re a family and we’re on the right track. This team really wants to win.
“I think we trained well and analysed the mistakes correctly. The calendar has been like this and we knew the players would leave with their national teams. It doesn’t change anything.”
Alaves were promoted back to Laliga in the 2022/23 Segunda Division playoffs.
Barcelona have eight wins, three draws and one defeat after 12 games in Laliga this season and they are in third place in the division.
The Xavi Hernandez led side are yet to qualify for the knockout stages of the current Champions but they remain in first position in Group H with nine points after four games.
Alaves are 14th on the Laliga table with 12 points from 12 league matches.
