The 32-year-old right-hander will become a free agent.
Cimber has struggled with injuries last season with the Blue Jays and in turn, struggled on the mound. In 20.2 innings pitched, Cimber posted a 7.40 ERA and 12 strikeouts.
He had a much more successful 2022 season with the Blue Jays, appearing in a career-high 77 games and posting a 2.80 ERA over 70.2 innings pitched.
MLB teams have until 8 p.m. ET on Friday to tender contracts to arbitration-eligible players.
