(KRON) –An overturned tractor-trailer has caused a severe traffic alert on southbound Interstate 880. The overturned tractor trail is located south of West Winton Avenue in Hayward.
The California Highway Patrol asks drivers to avoid the area. All of the lanes are currently blocked. There is no estimated time when the big rig will be removed.
