Kay Adams always tells it like it is.

The FanDuel TV host clapped back at someone on X, formerly known as Twitter, who said she looked like she rolled out of bed during a recent episode of her “Up & Adams” show.

“Everyone loves Kay Adams and she’s obviously good at her job but I have to ask, is there something in her contract that says she is aloud to dress how ever she wants?” user @topha333 wrote in response to a clip Adams shared, during which she was wearing a brown sweatshirt.

“She still looks great, but the brown sweatshirt screams ‘I just rolled out of bed and tossed this on,’” they added.

“Because I just rolled out of bed, and tossed it on,” she wrote.

“Just be yourself Kay we love you here in New England,” one fan said, to which Adams replied, “Love y’all.”

The “Up & Adams” show account added, “Cook.”

Many fans agreed Adams looked beautiful while on-air and defended her outfit choice, saying her attire wasn’t a concern.

“Does her clothing affect her job in some way that I’m not seeing?” one fan wrote. “You said she was good at her job but somehow a single article of clothing diminishes that?”

Another added, “Still time to delete this Chris… Brown sweatshirt looks [fire] on her.”

Other fans trolled the X user for misspelling “allowed” in their post, which he laughed off in a separate reply.

This wasn’t the first time Adams hit back at a social media troll with her well-documented sarcasm.

The beloved host is known for her authentic connection and banter with coaches, athletes and other guests on “Up & Adams” — FanDuel TV’s flagship daily morning talk show that premiered in September 2022.
