Ferrari is working on its next-generation flagship GT that will replace the 812 Superfast. The 812 successor is due next year and according to a Ferrari Chat member, it could be unveiled at the Formula 1 Miami GP.
In his latest post on the forum, Marcel Massini said, “May 2024, during the Miami Formula One Grand Prix week in FL, the new car will debut. At the same time will also be the International Cavalcade.”
Ferrari’s next-gen GT is expected to be powered by an all-new naturally aspirated V12 engine. Latest rumours suggest that it might produce 840 hp and rev to 9500 rpm. That’s 10 hp more than 812 Competizione.
The 812 Superfast was powered by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 that developed 789 hp and 530 lb-ft of torque. The engine in the 812 Competizione produces 830 hp @ 9250 rpm and 510 lb-ft @ 7000 rpm.
If the latest reports are true, then we might get our first glimpse of the 812 successor in the first week of May 2024.
