“I’m blown away, absolutely blown away,” Superintendent Bennett said. “I did not anticipate this. But its been fun, too. There is so much out there that’s negative. This is a break from that and gives us an opportunity to have some fun and laugh a little bit.”

“I think we were releasing early that day and had about 30 minutes to film and ran into his office. Asked, ‘Can you just trust me? Can you just do this?’ It was one take, and the rest is history,” explained Sierra Pizzola, the district’s communications coordinator.

Greenville CSD has released a number of similar videos, all getting thousands of views each time. Tuesday, the school superintendent visited some of those classrooms to thank them for their help in spreading the message.
