These arrests and charges follow the police responding to the shots fired incident. Police say they found a pickup truck with three males inside and a loaded handgun that was allegedly discarded in the woods near the pickup truck.
Police reported that the handgun was found to be stolen from Las Vegas, Nevada. Law enforcement then executed a search warrant at the suspect’s home, said they found additional evidence, and were able to connect the shots fired incident to previous shots fired incidents in the same area.
Peck and Dipardo were arraigned at Guilderland Town Court and placed in the custody of the Albany County Correctional Facility. The investigation remains ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to reach out to the Criminal Investigations Unit at Guilderland Police Department at (518) 356-1501.
