Watching your favourite retired players in action is now possible because there are several tournaments and leagues catering only to those cricketers who have put an end to their professional careers. Much like the Road Safety Series and the Legends League Cricket, there’s the newly launched Indian Veteran Premier League (IVPL) tournament which first took place in 2024.
The batters in this league may be retired but their inbuilt ability to hit the ball a long mile never goes away, and that was on display right from the start of this league. We saw 200+ scores in the first and second games of IVPL 2024 itself, and on this page on Read Scoops, we’ve put together a complete IVPL centuries list from start till date.
IVPL all centuries list
In IVPL 2024 Match 1 itself, a century was missed as Peter Trego from England got to a score of 92. However, we didn’t have to wait too long to see a magical 3-digit score as one came in Match 2 of the competition. South Africa’s Richard Levi helped Red Carpet Delhi put on a record score of 255/4 as he smashed the ball to all sides of the park, putting up 133(95) and being the first entrant in the IVPL centuries list.

His innings included only 6 boundaries but as many as 15 maximums, scoring at a whopping strike rate of 255+. This big hitting was a sign of what is to come in the rest of the league, organised by Board of Veteran Cricket India (BVCI). India’s Naman Ojha scored 78(30) in the reply to this mammoth total set up by Red Carpet Delhi, and Ojha is someone who has legends league centuries in the past too. After Levi, Sri Lanka’s Asela Gunaratne joined the IVPL all centuries list but we’re sure to see a few more in the first edition itself, along with many more to follow in future editions of the tournament.
In that same game, India’s Saurabh Tiwary also scored 70(36) which means we won’t be surprised if an Indian player gets an IVPL century in the next few games or seasons to come. IVPL 2024 dates are 23 Feb – 3 Mar 2024 with all matches on the IVPL 2024 schedule, to be played at a stadium in Uttar Pradesh’s Greater Noida.
