Infiniti details brand refresh featuring four new models – The Torque Report

[ad_1]

Infiniti has announced four upcoming models meant to reinvigorate the brand as it seeks to electrify the majority of its global lineup by 2030 in a plan they call “Ambition 2030.”

First, we have the Infiniti Vision Qe, unveiled today at Infiniti’s “New Dawn” event in Tokyo. This fastback EV sedan concept previews an upcoming production sedan that will be assembled in Canton, Mississippi.

Next, Infiniti announced the Infiniti Vision QXe concept. Though information was sparse, Infiniti said it’s set to be a preview of what we can expect from upcoming Infiniti crossover EVs.

Infiniti also announced the next-generation Infiniti QX80 full-sized SUV, previewed earlier this year at Pebble Beach with the QX Monograph concept. The production version should closely mirror the concept. Infiniti says the interior will feature “opulent materials with cutting-edge technology to deliver extraordinary comfort and convenience for all three rows.”

Lastly, Infiniti announced the Infiniti QX65 concept, a preview of an upcoming production EV crossover coupe inspired by the iconic Infiniti FX that first debuted back in 2002.

Infiniti says all four of these models were designed with their evolved “Artistry in Motion” design language meant to “reinvigorate its lineup, providing luxury buyers with convention-challenging alternatives within key segments.”

Infiniti will be sharing more detailed information on each of these new models in the future.
