With his signature blend of what he calls TrapHouseJazz, the saxophonist and singer Masego has been credited with introducing jazz to a new generation.
He gained widespread attention in 2017 when his single ‘Tadow’ went viral. Since then, his music has been sampled by the likes of American superstar Drake.
We sat down with Masego, to discuss his Jamaican heritage, growing up as a military kid and how women have influenced his career.
