Matthew Perry’s body was removed from his California home where he was found dead in a hot tub on Saturday at the age of 54.

The late actor was stretchered into a coroner’s van from the front door of his home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of LA late Saturday night.

As The Post previously reported, the beloved “Friends” star was found dead of an apparent drowning in a hot tub. First responders rushed to the address after receiving a call reporting a cardiac arrest. TMZ reported Perry’s assistant called 911.

Additionally, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey told CNN that the call came in at 4:07 p.m. for a possible “water rescue” emergency. They arrived to find Perry “unresponsive.”

Authorities then put up tape across the residence and a white tent was spotted near the pool and hot tub in Perry’s backyard. His parents, Suzanne Perry and John Bennett Perry (who divorced in 1970), were photographed at the scene, along with Suzanne’s husband, “Dateline’s” Keith Morrison.

An official cause of death has not been released and an autopsy is pending.

Although TMZ reports there were no illegal drugs on the premises, enforcement sources sources told the outlet Sunday that several Rx drugs were reportedly found in the house.

“Authorities found anti-depressants, anti-anxiety drugs and a COPD drug in the house,” the outlet reported.

Per the CDC, COPD, short for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, refers to diseases that cause airflow blockage and breathing-related problems.

The L.A. County Coroner will conduct a toxicology exam to determine if any drugs were in Perry’s system at the time. Results could take months.

Perry, who was best known for playing Chandler Bing on “Friends” for 10 years, was not married nor had any children at the time of his death.
