Regional police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash in Wilmot Township late Monday night. Two drivers were transported to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Waterloo regional police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that happened late Monday night in Wilmot Township that sent two people to hospital.

Police said emergency crews responded to the area of Trussler Road and Oxford Waterloo Road at approximately 10:10 p.m.

A Ford truck had been travelling north on Trussler Road when it crashed with a Mercedes SUV and a Ford SUV travelling south on Trussler Road, police said. 

The driver of the Ford truck and the driver of the Ford SUV were taken to local hospital with non life-threatening injuries. 

Police said alcohol was not a factor in the collision.

Officers are still investigating and ask anyone with information or dash camera footage of the collision to contact the police service’s traffic service unit.
