SAN DIEGO — One person was found dead Friday in Mission Bay near SeaWorld, authorities said.
Around 3:11 p.m., officers responded to a vehicle in the water at 404 Sea World Drive, according to the San Diego Police Department.
FOX 5 was at the location where authorities could be seen towing a red minivan out of the water.
Police say a fisherman found the vehicle along the dock, which officials believe has been there at least since overnight.
Homicide detectives are at the scene investigating the incident.
