Man ‘attacked’ during incident in Glasgow as cops probe serious assault

999 crews were called to Moulin Circus in Cardonald just after 7pm last night following a report of a man being seriously assaulted.
The 44-year-old was rushed to hospital and later released following treatment.
An investigation was launched, with enquiries into the incident still ongoing.
However, cops say they are following a positive line of enquiry.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.05pm on Tuesday, November 7, police were called to a report of a 44-year-old man seriously assaulted in Moulin Circus, Cardonald, Glasgow.
“He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and released after treatment.
“The police investigation into this serious assault is continuing with officers following a positive line of enquiry.”
