The Deion Sanders era at Colorado started off with a bang, but things have gone downhill since the Buffaloes’ 42-6 loss to the Oregon Ducks on Sept. 23 — the start of a run that include eight losses in nine games.

Things got worse for the university on Thursday after CU self-reported 11 minor football violations to the NCAA from Sanders’ first season, according to a report from the USA Today, which claims none of the violations are serious and all seem to be “inadvertent violations of an NCAA rulebook that can be highly complex.”

Sanders seemingly acknowledged the violations in a social media post on Thursday.
