Sam Asghari has found new swanky digs to call home amid his split from pop princess Britney Spears, sources tell us.
Asghari has moved into the pricey Ten Thousand building in Los Angeles — on the border of Beverly Hills and Century City — and is apparently making friends with his new neighbors, we hear.
“He’s been friendly with the residents, and has been with his sister a lot,” a source told Page Six.
The 283-unit, 40-story building, where rents range from $10,000 to $65,000 per month, includes amenities like a full bar for happy hours, Rolls-Royce valet service, a one-acre private park, a lap pool, views of the Pacific, and on-call doctors to administer services such as Botox.
Demi Lovato and infamous attorney Michael Avenatti have reportedly called the place home, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
We hear that Lori Harvey, Sam Ronson, Addison Rae and YouTuber Harry Jowsey have also been spotted on the premises.
Los Angeles Magazine once called the property, “the hottest apartment building in LA.”
Meanwhile, Asghari and Spears have reportedly cut off communication since he moved out of their home more than a week ago, and he subsequently filed for divorce.
The former personal trainer, 29, was spotted on Monday walking a dog in Pasadena, Calif., wearing shades and a tan ballcap — but not his wedding ring.
The two are now speaking through their attorneys and “all communication, negotiations and any other business” will be handled by their legal teams, according to TMZ.
As Asghari apparently settles into the LA high-rise, Spears has been posting on Instagram from her home in the LA suburbs.
On Monday, the pop star posted a whimsical reel featuring an egg white dish, followed by a video of the “egg crack challenge.”
Other videos have shown her dancing to Janet Jackson songs while slapping her derriere in a thong bikini, and even having her leg licked by an anonymous man.
But, “I’m actually doing pretty damn good!!!” she captioned a video.
A rep for Asghari did not get back to us about his new living quarters.
News broke last week that the pair called it quits after 14 months of marriage.
