Dramatic footage captured the moment an airport ceiling collapsed under the weight of heavy rain.
The roof at an airport in north east India suddenly gave way to a torrent of water flooding on passengers.
Travellers were then seen evacuating the terminal as water and pieces of ceiling poured into the building.
Another clip showed water pouring into the another part of the terminal, showering over shops and flooding an airport restaurant.

Flights at Guwahati airport were also suspended for up to 45 minutes as the area was battered by a severe storm.
The airport’s CEO, Utpal Baruah, said the roof had collapsed in the terminal forecourt under pressure from rain and wind.
He added that there was ‘no injury or damage’.
In another video, staff were seen attempting to mop up the excess water on the floor near the security gates.
An approach road to the airport was also blocked by fallen trees due to the strong winds.
Normal operations have since resumed at the airport, the 12th busiest in India.
