Expected to come out later this year, the book will be Sky’s second book after she brought out Sky’s the Limit in 2021.
But as she prepares to go for gold at this year’s Olympics in Paris, Sky says she has one more ambition – to meet one of her fellow faces of Tag.
‘I haven’t met any other Tag Heur ambassadors,’ she tells MailOnline. ‘But I’d love to meet Ryan Gosling, the real Ken.’
And despite her riches, there is one person who keeps Sky down to earth – her father Stuart who travels everywhere with her and is also a professional skateboarder.
Speaking to the Mail after she performed a series of stunts in the middle of the River Thames to film an advert for Tag Heuer in front of a group of primary school children watched on in awe, Sky said: ‘I am really thankful for everything I get, doing the sports I love.
‘My family keeps me grounded. Having my Dad everywhere with me, he chills me out.
‘But having good people around me is really important.’
Born in Japan to an English father and Japanese mother, Sky splits her time between the country of her birth and the USA where she lived for many years as a young child.

Sky said she doesn’t feel the pressure to perform in Paris this summer despite winning bronze for team GB in Tokyo
And Sky is no stranger to making history.
After winning bronze at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics she became Britain’s youngest Athlete to win an Olympic medal at just age 13.
In July 2021, she won the X Games women’s skateboarding park gold medal and in December 2021, Sky won the 2021 BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year award; she was shortlisted again in 2022.
Now inspiring a new generation of young girls and sparking huge new interest in skateboarding in the UK, Sky said she doesn’t feel the pressure to perform in Paris this summer despite winning bronze for team GB in Tokyo.
‘Since Tokyo, I have grown up, and I’m a little bit taller,’ she said.
‘But my skateboarding has become stronger, and I’ve learnt more tricks.
‘I don’t feel the pressure.
‘Having done it in Tokyo already makes me want to show more.
‘Skating isn’t about the medals but more about the show you put on for everyone.
‘I want to show my best and the beautiful side of skateboarding.
‘Tokyo was a great show but Paris will be even better.’
A girl of many talents, Sky also competes in surfing and missed out by one point to qualify for the Olympics this year.
Hosted in Tahiti this year 10,000 miles away in Paris, Sky said she is aiming to qualify for the 2028 Olympics in LA and will ‘bring home two gold medals’.

Collaborating with Tag Heur today (Tuesday) to skate on a custom half-pipe, Sky said inspiring people is at the heart of everything she does.
‘I’ve always wanted to inspire and people telling me that I do that, gives me a fire in my heart,’ she said.
‘I am coming out with a book. I have always had a message that I want to tell the world and that’s always a thing of mine, to inspire.
‘I thought a book would be a good way to do all of that.
With her favourite watch being the £3000 Aquaracer Professional 200 Solargraph, she said she now likes the finer things in life.
‘Wearing a watch that allows me to compete in sport is so important.
‘Timing is key to everything I do, both in the park and on the water.
‘I love the fancier watches.’
