After Sophie Turner sue Joe Jonas of child retention for taking their daughters to the United States without their authorization, they have now reached an agreement where they stipulate that while they resolve their divorce the little ones will have to reside in New York.
According to Page Six, the actress and the actor signed a consent order so that the girls can remain in New York while they resolve legal issues regarding their separation.so on October 3 they will have a meeting before the trial takes place.
“Sophie and Joe have agreed to the entry of the attached proposed interim consent order, without prejudice to the claims and defenses of either party, prohibiting the removal of the parties’ children from the jurisdictions… pending further order of this court,” the documents read.
This agreement comes after the ‘Game of Thrones’ star demanded that Jonas return the girls, since a few months ago they had agreed that the daughters would be raised in England because the country has more security..
Sophie Turner also revealed that she found out about Joe Jonas’ divorce filing from the media.
After four years of marriage, Joe Jonas filed for divorce from Sophie Turner, arguing that there were irreconcilable differences.
