Sound of Freedom – 60% It remains a constant in the trends of social networks and is widely seen in American movie theaters. Directed by Alejandro Monteverde and starring Jim Caviezel, Sonido de Libertad presents us with the story of a federal agent who has the opportunity to get involved in a child trafficking network, in which he discovers the darkest side of the world and its horrible practices in relation to the trafficking of minors. During the Q&A session with Angel Studios, the 54-year-old actor opened up about the weight of sound of freedomassuring that the film really deserves an Oscar nomination… but that it won’t have one:

Jim Caviezel begins to talk about his experience in Passion of Christ – 49%, a tape in which he plays the Son of God and which was largely ignored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Hollywood for only receiving three Oscar nominations (Best Makeup, Best Soundtrack and Best Cinematography); did not win any awards. The interpreter thinks that sound of freedom will be as repudiated by the Academy as The passion: “They were so upset that Jesus was the main attraction at the Oscars that year. They chose to block us (from the Academy). (…) Now they have become irrelevant.”

And say, ‘You know what? I will no longer buy that product.’

Since his inception in the 1990s, he has showcased his talents in genres ranging from thriller to drama, bringing depth to each role he plays and establishing himself as a respected performer in the entertainment industry.
