Tennessee man charged as a fugitive of justice in Washington County

HEBRON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Tennessee man has been charged as a fugitive of justice following an investigation, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Michael Fanney, 30, of Morristown, Tennessee, was arrested in Hebron on April 2.

Police say that Fanney is accused of violating probation out of Hamblen County, Tennessee. The investigation determined that he had reportedly been sentenced previously to 44 years of probation for narcotics and weapons charges.

Fanney was arraigned at Washington County Centralized Arraignment and was held for an upcoming arraignment in Washington County Court.
