Milan will aim to make it five straight wins in a row across all competitions when they face Hellas Verona tomorrow at the Marcantonio Bentegodi.

Milan sealed safe passage to the quarter-finals of the Europa League with a 3-1 victory in their last match versus Slavia Praha. It was a 7-3 win on aggregate for the Rossoneri as goals from Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Rafael Leao helped the team carry on the positive momentum from the first leg of the Round of 16. They are now set to face Serie A rivals Roma in the last-8 of the competition. Juventus’ 2-2 draw with Atalanta in the previous matchday enabled the opportunity for Stefano Pioli’s men to claim second place in the league standings and they managed to climb the table with a narrow 1-0 victory over Empoli. Rafael Leao’s early strike stood the difference the last time these two sides met each other last year. Milan will hope to end the season as runners-up and qualify for the Supercoppa Italiana for its next edition.

Meanwhile, Verona come into this match on the back of a 1-0 win against Lecce which helped them create a slim distance from the dropzone. The Rossoblu recently emerged victorious in a relegation six-pointer clash versus Sassuolo as Karol Swiderski’s late goal made them get back to winning ways following a 2-0 defeat to Bologna. Marco Baroni’s men are just two points clear of 18th-placed Frosinone and they are aware that if things go south against Milan tomorrow, it would again put them back into the ruthless survival fight.

Here are the predicted line-ups for the match according to Sky Italia:

Verona (4-2-3-1): Montipò; Tchatchoua, Magnani, Dawidowicz, Cabal; Duda, Serdar; Suslov, Folorunsho, Lazovic; Noslin.

Milan (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Thiaw, Tomori, Hernandez; Bennacer, Reijnders; Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek, Leao; Giroud.
