WWE has been hyping up WrestleMania 40 as the biggest event in wrestling history, and they just might be right.

From the in-ring return of The Rock, AKA Dwayne Johnson to Cody Rhodes trying to finally finish his story, this weekend’s double header in Philadelphia is absolutely stacked.

Across both nights of WrestleMania itself, there are seven championship matches with the likes of Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Iyo Sky, GUNTHER and more all putting their titles on the line.

There looks set to be over 60,000 fans packed into Lincoln Financial Field each night of the epic premium live event, which will make history as the first WrestleMania in history without any McMahon involvement.

It will also be the final edition of the iconic event before the Netflix era gets underway, with UK fans getting a new way to watch all WWE programming from January 2025 onwards.

Here’s everything you need to know.

When is WWE WrestleMania 40?

WWE WrestleMania 40 airs Saturday and Sunday night (April 5 and 6) with all the action kicking off at midnight for fans in the UK.
